The Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (EBBF) proudly presents the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Competition 2026 — and this is the one you've been training for.

On 26th July 2026, the lights hit the stage at The Agenda, Dubai Media City, as the UAE's elite athletes bring their absolute best in pursuit of glory, titles, and a staggering AED 90,000 prize pool.

Months of early mornings, heavy lifts, and dialed-in discipline all come down to this. Six categories. One stage. Champions made in front of a roaring crowd.

Your title is waiting. Here's how to claim your place on stage:

1. Register early and lock in the AED 1,000 rate before prices rise to AED 1,300 on event day. (Complete the official EBBF athlete registration form — insert link here.)

2. Pick your category — and want more stage time? Add a Crossover for AED 500 and compete in another division.

3. Go all in — add your Stage Tan, Coach Pass, and Pro Photos to bring your A-game.

4. Confirm your payment and you're officially in. See you on stage!
